Libby Environmental has been a front runner for onsite analysis since 2003, providing EPA and NWTPH methods through our Mobile Lab services. With our home base located in Olympia, WA we can quickly respond to any location in the PNW (Washington, Oregon, Idaho).
We respond to emergency spills of all sizes including the Mosier, Oregon oil tanker rail spill (June 2016) that threatened the Columbia River, the I-5 Amtrak derailment clean-up in Dupont, Washington (Mobile lab March 2018 and fixed base lab April 2019), and the Highway 101 tanker spill that threatened the Elwha River (July 2025).
When spills occur, response time is crucial. Libby Environmental’s ability to mobilize rapidly to a critical site is one of the many reasons consultants rely on our experience and expertise in on-site analysis. The consultant gets quick, accurate, data allowing them to define plumes and conduct waste profiling, making transportation and disposal possible without having to wait days or weeks for analytical results.
